Problems with Community page...
My personal journal is not to be used for reporting users in communities; each of my communities has a report page which is linked from the user info page for that community, use it.

hiya there! i noticed the user dark_happiness is a part of the female nudity community, and also appears to be male. is this correct?

I applied to join femalenudity and was rejected... but I'm not sure why. I'm 18 & female, and although my journal is fairly new I've posted extensively.

1. your journal is fairly new; we prefer 2+ month old journals.
2. no where does it state you're female, sure there happens to be an icon with a girl in it, but that could be taken from anywhere.

I've requested to join the community a few times now and have never been notified whether I am accepted or not. I read that there is an application to join but I have never found it. Do I have to add you to my friends list in order to be determined for approval? *I've already added you*

i really dn't know much about live journal, and this is the first community i've tried to join. i kind of didn't want it to be joined on this account, but after reading your rules you said you could join a seperate account? i sorta (stupidly) submitted this (jaleely) one already *lol*

Done, BTW your HTML coding for your link has an error, there is not B tag for bold, insead it is a lowecase b; according to HTML and XHTML specifications all html "tags" are lowercase.

[I've never had a problem with using capital letters for codes. A lot of people do. It's never caused a problem with other people, either.]

It's not so much of a problem as it's a part of the HTML specifications as set forth by the W3C for compliancy with browsers (capatalizing tag's that is).

And it looks like we're a Labyrinth fan "Your eyes can be so cruel, just as I can be so cruel..." (that or you just like the song "Within You").

Anyway, I'm just curious,...are you jaded towards men? Is this clubhouse atmosphere some attempt at pay back toward the male population by dangling the idea of nudity and denying access? This isn't an attempt to gain access or anything, it's a big internet, I could find that kind of stuff anywhere. I'm just curious if that's what your doing though, it seems obvious but I could be wrong. A couple of guys and girls I work with are gay or bi-sexual and every now and then I'll see one of their friends (female always), teasing guys and quickly and harshly stopping any attempt at advances. Like dangling a piece of prime rib over a starving dog. I suppose I could see the fun in that, but it's juvenile at best.

Wanted to inform you I am not sure but I believe I'll be leaving the 'marines' community.
It is a great community aside from my recent experience with a 'girlfriend of a marine'.
User hayashihara has irritated me enough that I'd rather seek another community where I can answer marines and burgeoning marines questions who are serious about their serving their country or a sincerely worried and need info--without the 2 cents of the girlfriends peanut gallery 'chime in'.
